Onboarding process

We vet our members.

We maintain a safe space by confirming that each applicant is up to date with vaccinations. Every dog that applies must first complete a social evaluation performed by our trained staff and safety manager.

What's Required?

DHPP

Distemper, Parvovirus + Parainfluenza // 3 YEARS

Bordetella

Every 1 YEAR or 6 MONTHS

Rabies

Every 3 YEARS

Spay/Neuter

8+ MONTHS

SOCIAL EVALUATION

This social evaluation will take place upon your first visit, provided you have supplied the needed documentation.

rOUTINE rECORD uPDATES

Submit updated vet records as vaccines are due to keep your dog's profile current.

The Steps

1. select membership

First, choose the membership that suits you best. Don’t worry, your time doesn’t start until the club opens.

2. Tell us about your dog

Prior to opening, you will be prompted to upload your dog’s details for verification.

3. Book your first visit

Once verified and the club is slated for an exact opening date, you will be invited to book your first visit. This includes your dog’s social evaluation and a club tour.
